1. Add 500kg linear polyester and 250kg branched polyester sequentially into the polymerization kettle, heat and melt. Dehydrate under reduced pressure at 120 ℃, then cool to 80 ℃, add 24kg of dibutyltin dilaurate, continue stirring to cool to 60 ℃, slowly add 217kg of xylene diisocyanate, and react at 80 ℃ for 1 hour to obtain prepolymer (I).
2. Add 51kg of diethylene glycol to the aforementioned prepolymer, react at 80 ° C for 3 hours, then cool to 50 ° C. Add tartaric acid acetone solution (46kg tartaric acid+120kg acetone), heat up to 60 ° C, reflux for 1 hour, and dilute with 2000kg acetone. Then add a acetone solution of triethanolamine for neutralization (32kg triethanolamine, 240kg acetone), and finally add an appropriate amount of distilled water to vigorously stir and emulsify to obtain the finished product.
